After making her crying, I had the feeling than Marta needed a more positive portrait.
She has been a good model here for some lighting test in the studio simulating natural light. We will wait a bit before repeating them, because the fan was broken in a little accident while it was working. It’s completely destroyed. Marta was modeling, so we can’t say it’s the assistant’s fault :P.

Just for fun.
I rescued these photos from my hard disk while trying to put some order there. This is my first photosession some years ago. It is natural light and outdoors, without reflectors or anything.
I think it was a class exercise or something, but I remember it was when I bought my 67′ Lambretta. I was very proud of it and not so proud of the pictures, but everybody had a begining. Now, some years after, I realize that my photoheros were too obvious hahahaha.
When I look this last one and I see the graffitis… grrrrr… stupid me! A ruined photo for not taking all the atention in details…

Marta Benavides is my new photo assistant at the studio. She has been working in most of the last pictures with us.
I know it’s not a good starting point, because she’s crying right now, but when she doesn’t cry, she’s a really good assistant and a nice person.

Comissioned work for SOPA Graphic Design Studio. We saw them here before. The project consisted in creating some images of the product they designed and produced as Christmas Campaign to give to their clients.
It was a bag full of foam balls with a label saying “False Snow for Real People”. My work was doing the product picture and also some portraits of them for the campaign.
